Just when you thought you were rid of me I came clawing back

For anyone actually looking at the amount of time between this post and the one before it, you might be thinking: “Where the hell was that guy for like.. a year?”. Well, I have no idea? Busy I guess? Wrote a compiler, took a bunch of courses, started a business.. all sorts of stuff.

But anyway, I’m back now so hopefully I will be taken the time to write something worthwhile within the near future (no this post is not classified as worthwhile ;-P).. oh yeah, and I updated the About the author page.. it was getting kinda outdated! So come back here soon and read+comment on whatever dribble I conjure up.

Linear Algebra – pwn3d

LEARN BIATCH!

So as some of you may have read, I flunked Linear Algebra a few months ago due to picking a subject I hadn’t read or prepared in any way. So this time it was up for a re-match and I kicked Linear Algebra’s ass! Picking the subject of Orthogonality and Unitary Matrices – Schurs Theorem, Spectral Theorem etc. A very nice subject actually.

The score as of right now:

Lin Alg: 1

Michael: 10

Well – I went for the passing grade in Linear Algebra, but was foiled by the subject I picked.. Stochastic matrices.. Which in itself is not that bad of a subject, but when they suddenly change the subject to linear differential equations and unitary diagonalization – then you know you’re fucked!..

So one of my friends recommended Google Adsense today. I’ve never been too fond of adds myself, however I thought I might try it out and see if it pisses me off or not. So you’ll probably be noticing a few ads on the blog now and again.. If you don’t like them – then ignore them! If you saw an add here you think I would be completely against – please do write me an e-mail because that was specfically one of the things I was worried about when adding the Adsense stuff – Ads I would find dishonest or misleading!

So anywho – Ads are here on a trial basis!
